For the Locals

I promised myself after numerous consecutive years of hosting clothes swaps for my church youth group that I'd never host another one for as long as I live.  I experienced some major burnout after my last go-of-it in January of 2009.  But this time around is different, so I'm only sort of breaking that promise.

I keep telling myself that BFF Elaina is hosting this event, not me.  I'm just helping out as the experienced swap-thrower.  It's also different because we've opened it up to all the ladies, not just teens and twenties - you can be 8, you can be 88, just so long as you're of the female variety.

If you're in the neighborhood and like free stuff (duh), come on over!  And be sure to introduce yourself, I'd love to meet you!

I just moved so I'm not far from the Twin Cities now. I'll see how the first week of teaching goes this semester, but I'd love to come if I can get away!

I know I'll be there! And not just because I'm the one hosting it with you!
