Something Better

Shirt:  Vintage, thrifted
Vest:  Hot Mama
Necklace:  Hot Mama
Pants:  The Limited, thrifted
Boots:  Madden Girl via Endless.com

Well.  We didn't get the house we wanted.  Disappointing, but it must mean that there is something better out there somewhere, we just need to find it.  And I bet it has bigger closets.  So it's definitely worth the search.

Steve had a birthday yesterday.  He resisted celebration, but it ended up being a great day - even got in a round of golf.  I think some of the best birthdays are those with no plans or expectations.

Lots going on in general, so I feel really behind and disconnected from blogging.  It's only temporary, I know.  But I miss you bloggy friends.

That is too bad about the house, but since it is a buyers market right now I'm sure something even better will come around.

Boo about the house but you know the tired ole cliche, if it was meant to be, it will be. I love this outfit on you. It seriously might be a fave of mine. The trousers are so cute! I hope you have a great week! Hope things start looking up and slowing down!

We didn't get our first picks either and it turned out fine, so fingers crossed. Plus you are prob way cuter than the other buyer and that means you have to wait longer to even out the score.

Aw, I'm sorry about the house. But on the bright side, you look great! I love this outfit - the juxtaposition of menswear and girly details is so much fun.
