Necklace, Shirt, Vest, Shorts: Hot Mama,  Tights: Target,  Boots: DSW

Finding that perfect length for shorts is tough.  It's somewhere between Daisy Duke and Bermuda.  Much like white jeans and peep toes, shorts work year-round in my wardrobe.
