Hey hey.  Here I am.  Alive and well.  This last outfit picture taken May 5, in case you're wondering.  It's not that I haven't been getting dressed every day.  I've just been really distracted.  For example:

1.  This time-sucking furbaby.  Seriously, it's a good thing I work hard so I can justify the sloth I've become at home due to this snuggle-pug.  I intend to sit on the couch for 2 minutes, Oliver snuggles up in my lap, and those 2 minutes become 2, 4, 6 hours.  Nothing gets done.  And I am disturbingly fine with it.

2.  Being a career stylist.  It's like that saying about the shoemakers children always go barefoot.  Ever since I started dressing other people, my own wardrobe has seemed a little less exciting.  But I'm coming back around.  And I'm pretty darn excited about it.  Who says I can't have my style and dress other people too?  

3.  Reading books instead of blogs.  How dare I.  I know I could finish The Hunger Games in about a day, but since I've already seen the movie and know what happens, I'm taking my jolly ol' time.  I'm proud to have finished a few good books lately.  Probably due to all that couch time with the dog.

Stick with me, friends.  I miss the blog world too much to give it up.  This post-pace is bound to pick up eventually.  Yeah, yeah.  I've said all this before.
