Green Bean Casserole

How was everyone's Thanksgiving?  I gorged myself on the most amazing sweet potatoes and cornbread dressing then collapsed into a food coma at 8 o'clock.  I went to work today, but my body wasn't happy about it. 

So...cooking isn't really my thing.  It's not that I can't cook, but rarely do I have the motivation to make something entirely from scratch.  Which is why I offer to make Green Bean Casserole, requiring only canned ingredients.  Now I'm going to tell you my GBC secret.  Get ready, it's going to blow your mind.  Ok....

Instead of regular Cream of Mushroom soup, do Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic.  Not all groceries stores carry it, so if you find some, I suggest buying it in bulk.  Why would anyone want to use plain when there could be garlic involved?  Seriously.  Try it.  Your family and green beans will thank you.

That sounds yummy and oddly enough I've noticed the same shortage of cream of mushroom soup with and without garlic! And I thought the same thing! But I find that the Campbell's one is super garlicy and salty. I love your outfit today! We both wore our cognac boots! Great minds, you know.
